If the blockage prevents your fire from burning then clearly the blockage need to be removed. We can examine your flue and find the cause (and more especially the remedy) for your blockage.
It could be that you have a nest or bird in your flue. We can fit bird guards to prevent this happening in the future. It could be that you have the wrong type of cowl fitted to your chimney pot, we are more than happy to advise. Should you commission us we will quickly, cleanly and economically remove the blockage, and if possible and appropriate, install remedies to prevent it from happening again.
